How do I make a claim under the guarantee in contract?

If you feel you have a valid claim for damage under the guarantee in contract, please contact  Wellux Floor Products' export department immediately, submitting the details and the original proof of purchase.
Wellux Floor Products reserves the right to inspect the laminate flooring in question upon receipt of a guarantee claim in contract and to consider whether the claim is justified, both in terms of the basis for complaint and the amount being claimed.
